Experience the seasons
Small batch extractions of our honey throughout the seasons means we can enjoy different flavors of honey from one apiary. Our spring honey is the lightest in color and has a delicate flavor. Apple blossoms and spring yellow clover are the main nectar sources for spring. Our summer honey is slightly darker, reflecting Basswood blooms, as well as our wildflower blooms. Our fall honey has an amber tone, colored by Goldenrod, late fall raspberries, and asters.
Prefer glass instead of plastic? Most of our customers prefer the convenience of our squeeze bottles, but for those who prefer glass, honey is always on tap here. Bring your own jar, and pay by the ounce. Contact me to set up a time to swing by!
