Since 2010,
Stacy's Homestead Honey has been a small batch apiary. Located in Woodbury, MN, our bees have access to a wonderfully bio-diverse area. Apple trees, wildflowers, Basswood trees, clover, raspberries, and goldenrod are just some of the plants our honeybees pollinate and enjoy. We extract multiple times a year, so you can enjoy the different flavors of honey the bees bring in. Explore our site to learn more about our process and products.
My Story
I started beekeeping as a project for our homeschooling family to enjoy. Long story short, no one enjoyed it but me! The bees have been a part of our family since 2010, and it has been an adventure ever since. Partnering with nature isn’t often predictable, and the bees have taught me a lot of lessons over the years. I have watched the landscape flourish wherever our bees roam. The honey they produce is incredible, and I’m so happy to share it with you.
While Stacy’s Homestead Honey is a micro-apiary, we are able to provide a variety of honeys to our customers by utilizing small batch extractions throughout the season. From April to October, we extract three to four times, depending upon the weather and activity of the bees.
